libx11-protocol-other-perl software package provides miscellaneous X11::Protocol helpers, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libx11-protocol-other-perl
libx11-protocol-other-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libx11-protocol-other-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libx11-protocol-other-perl *
You will get with libx11-protocol-other-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
